Hello MBSA families. After the recent announcement from the Governor regarding reopening of the state we are now able to make some plans for the upcoming season. As long as there are no further restrictions from the state here is our tentative plan:

1.) Tri County league (Chiefs) will begin the week of June 14th and run through the end of August. There will be no practices prior to May 24th. ***The 8u and 12u teams are still in need of players to fill out their rosters. If interested email us at [email protected]***

2.) Regular league season will begin with practices beginning the week of May 25th. Games will start the week of June 21st. Our goal will be to play 2 games per week for the following month totaling 8 games. Tournaments for each division that has one will be held on July 20th-21st. This somewhat abbreviated and condensed schedule is necessary as to not interfere with fall sports beginning in August.

3.) We will be keeping up with all future developments from the state as well as recommendations from Babe Ruth League as it pertains to any more safety measures we need to take before beginning the season.

4.) Online registration will remain open at until Friday May 22nd. At that point we will need to form teams and place uniform orders. We still need several players for all divisions particularly our younger machine pitch division. If we cannot get enough kids to form two teams then we may have to combine the younger divisions. We prefer not to do that so please share with friends and family that we are playing ball this summer.

We are excited to get back on the diamonds. We have partnered with Chevy Youth Baseball and All American Chevrolet for this season and hopefully many seasons to come. They have graciously provided us with several new pieces of equipment that we can't wait to share with our young athletes. Thank you for your patience during this unprecedented time. Let's play ball!
